Shad Bruno moved to the high country in 1995, shortly after graduating with his civil engineering degree from Colorado State University. He found home in an area that offers so many outdoor pursuits.

After working for several years as a surveyor and civil engineer for various firms in the area he found himself working long hours and little time to enjoy the outdoors. Dissatisfied with the corporate way and its restraints on these activities and without any job prospects, he quit the mainstream.

By chance, Shad met Chaz della Porta and was introduced to the sewer and drain profession. Also known as roto-rootering, turd-hurding, etc. Strange profession indeed but an interesting and challenging one filling the need to be analytical and solve problems. Thanks to Chaz, a meaningful, helpful skill was learned while finding a balance with enjoying the many outdoor pursuits in our beautiful home. Shad served as an apprentice to Chaz with Ace Sewer and Drain for the next 5 years before going on his own with he and Alex Kreider’s support.

When not rescuing housewives and business owners from a sometimes messy situation the Colorado native enjoys climbing and mountain activities with his partner Rebecca. They have shared many adventures, the latest being a combined effort to grow and expand Agent Drain Inc. while still providing the highest quality at the lowest price.

Rebecca’s creativity and professional computer graphic design skills is evident in the new Agent Drain Inc. advertising and marketing schemes including our new website. Shad and Rebecca make their home with their dog Maize at over 10,000 feet in the town of Alma, Colorado.
