"I had a problem with a sewage ejection pump in a basement apartment. The pump had burned out, and the sewage holding tank overflowed before it was discovered. I contacted Agent Drain as soon as I was notified of the problem, and they responded the same day and replaced the pump and cleaned out the tank.
